Rice View Lodge

“Bellissima vista ma non quello che ci aspettavamo”

The view from the hotel is stunning, but the real rice paddies are a 45‑minute drive away, so if you were hoping for that classic scenery you’ll be let down. The rooms are gorgeous and waking up to the panorama is still a highlight. We ran into a hiccup with the hotel‑arranged transport, but they made up for it with a restaurant discount. The lack of nearby activities left us a bit disappointed.

“Un moment hors du temps”

We had a wonderful stay; the room’s incredible view is the highlight, with a breathtaking panorama right from the moment we wake up. The food was delicious, made with high‑quality ingredients. A huge thanks to the manager, whose warm welcome and local tips made the trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this place for its beauty and service.

I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere, the mountains, and the view, plus a short tour of the stunning traditional houses. The staff were charming, and breakfast was hearty and varied. I’d definitely recommend it.
