We’ve stayed at this hotel again and it’s amazing… the spa facilities are very good, the lady who gave us a massage was excellent and friendly, the staff is very friendly and helpful… the room is comfortable, spotless and very close to everything you need… in winter it’s also very close to the ski lifts…
The attitude, cleanliness, and maintenance of the hotel were incredible!!! The staff was caring and kind. I am extremely charmed by my stay.

The rooms are spacious. It’s not normal in a 4‑star hotel to lack complimentary mineral water and coffee capsules… instant coffee powder is a joke as a complimentary item… that’s the standard in all normal hotels.

Service was top‑class. Smiling and courteous staff. The food was delicious. The room was large, clean, bright and had a beautiful view. We’ll visit again. We were extremely satisfied!
The staff was very courteous and the breakfast on the first day was a buffet with many options. The bathroom door was clearly worn out. The breakfast on the second day had a menu, so it wasn’t as rich as the first day. The hotel looked old.
