The location and the apartment overall were fine, but since I only booked one room there was no availability for the whole place and the stay didn’t meet my expectations. When I arrived there was barely half a roll of toilet paper, I had to ask for more, and when I returned it wasn’t even in the bathroom; I had to call them again to find out where it was. The room was dusty, the sheets seemed to have been changed by someone else and were ripped, the headboard was full of dust, and they hadn’t even collected the previous guest’s tourist tax. We booked a triple room for two people, so the space was enough, but the third bed was a fold‑out and once unfolded the room felt cramped for three. The bathroom was the right size but had large black stains on the wall and ceiling. The kitchen was only for guests who rented the whole apartment, yet we found dishes in the sink, take‑out containers, a basket with towels (dirty or clean?) in the kitchen, and bread bags everywhere, and the fridge was full of stuff. These last issues aren’t the property’s fault but the rudeness of other guests, who also kept us up with noise at all hours. There’s no staff presence to enforce rules, so guests feel free to do whatever they want and the cleaners can do what they please.
