“Excelente”
The location is good, a bit off the main tourist area but that makes it very quiet, and it’s close to the center, about a 10‑minute walk, and under 15 minutes to Tepozteco. I got there by bus, walking from the station takes 30 minutes, but a taxi gets you there in 10. The room is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The staff are very friendly. The check‑in and check‑out are at 1 pm; I wanted to arrive earlier but couldn’t reach them by the listed number, nor did they answer my WhatsApp or platform messages – a bit more availability would help.
