The place is clean, each room is good value, and the lighting can be adjusted step by step. The noise and cold are the negatives.

Everything was spotless, from the toilets to the showers and even the hallways, and the place is literally a minute's walk from the nearest subway station. There’s nothing to complain about; everything is perfect, especially considering the price.

The accommodation is cheap and convenient in this area, just a crosswalk from the Chōtenkaku tower, and the environment feels reassuring; the staff are very good and the hotel cleans itself regularly, keeping it fragrant. I stayed in the cheapest room, which was basic and not very comfortable for sleeping, but if you want to save money it’s definitely ok. They also offer better, more expensive rooms. The room without air conditioning isn’t a problem at all because the hallway air conditioning is on full blast, so the room stays cool; using a fan while sleeping can feel cold. The first floor has a large lobby and a Japanese-style lounge where many people use computers, chat, and eat, which is very comfortable. There’s also a washing machine that requires a fee. If I go to Osaka again, this will still be my first choice.
