Encanta La Vida is a gorgeous, tiny, and lovingly run hotel right in the heart of Cabo Matapalo’s jungle. The surrounding nature and wildlife are striking – it feels almost like being in a national park. The whole team is incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful, and warm, making you feel like part of a small family right away. My room was simple but perfect for the jungle vibe: no traditional windows, just grilles so you could experience nature up close, plus a private bathroom and a fan for cooling. The little property is well kept and features a nice pool. The food and drinks at the bar were fantastic, and since there are hardly any restaurants nearby, I almost always ate here, which I loved! The beach is only a few minutes’ walk and is ideal for surfing. There are only a handful of tourists and surfers, so the area remains wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and natural. I felt incredibly comfortable here and will definitely return! ❤️
