“Piacevole sorpresa”

The hotel had just been renovated, with modern, well‑kept, pleasant rooms. The reception girls were truly kind, professional, and capable, always ready to offer good advice. The rooms were excellent too, featuring a spacious bathroom, Wi‑Fi, bottled water in the fridge, and especially a secure parking spot for our motorcycles, located at the back inside the property—a real convenience for motorbike travelers. Breakfast was also superb, varied and carefully prepared, and the dinner‑place suggestions were highly appreciated.

We love Hotel Oliva! Every year we come here with friends and family. The staff is outstanding—warm, friendly, and it feels like home. The beds are comfy and clean, the shower has great pressure and hot water, breakfast is wonderful, and the extras like a workout room, washers and dryers, plus the great location, are all big pluses. They also have a bar on the first floor where you can get wine or alcohol at very decent prices. We absolutely adore Federicka—she’s amazing and always a huge help when we arrive! Thank you, Hotel Oliva, for making our stays so perfect!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Service was great, breakfast was good, and coffee, tea, and water were available 24 h. Everything was fine!

“Gut für einen Kurztrip”

The breakfast was very good, the location is a bit off the town centre but still reachable on foot. The staff at the reception, bar, and breakfast were friendly. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the hotel—there is one next door.
