The place sits in a good spot with plenty of nearby amenities and easy access to the beach and Alanya castle, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent, featuring good air conditioning, mattresses, and pillows. However, the biggest problem is the greed: the hotel tries to charge you for every little thing. They claim the hotel has a private beach, but sunbeds cost extra per day, as do pool towels. Diners are paid for, drinks aren’t included, and even water isn’t free. They put signs telling guests not to bring their own food or drinks. The beach bar staff, who manage the sunbeds at Kleopatra beach, are extremely rude and aggressive. There’s only one shower next to the bar, so queues are common. A bartender yells at people trying to use a shade and chases them away, even if they’re just passing through the “territory.” This is simply disgraceful. The pool area is very small, and there’s no air conditioning in the hallways, common areas, or restaurant. Dinner options are very limited and of poor quality.
