Regency Guest House overlooks Parker’s Piece in a Victorian townhouse, offering traditional rooms with modern en‑suite bathrooms, free Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TVs and wooden décor. Some rooms provide park views. Central Cambridge location places the Grand Arcade two minutes away, the historic Market Place and Corn Exchange ten minutes, and the College Backs and River Cam within a 15‑minute walk. Breakfast available on request, except July‑August.

Overall, I had a very good stay at Regency. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well located. The only minor downside was the bathroom fan, which was a little bit noisy
