The hotel is centrally located. The beds and mattresses could be better, and the breakfast buffet is far from the seating area with only one buffet when it’s full, leading to long waits.

For my one‑day stay everything worked perfectly; I was very satisfied when I checked in again. I couldn’t complain because everything met my expectations, so I didn’t take any photos.

Room was fine. Linens were clean. Everything worked, though the shower left something to be desired. Front desk staff were friendly, but not helpful. The real problem is that this hostel operates mainly as an accomodation for youth school and tour groups. As a result, the noise level is out of control loud. Unfortunately, our room faced the "courtyard" (aka faced into a huge number if other rooms) and was among a large teenage group. They were screaming and shouting out windows, climbing out one window into another, playing music at full blast from speakers out their windows, throwing glass bottles from the 9th floor to the courtyard below, and, most concerning, knocking on and kicking our door throughout the night. This happened the entire night- there was not a single quiet moment between evening and morning. I'm a teacher and have chaperoned many overnight trips. I've never experienced anything like this and neither the adults nor hostel staff seemed bothered. When I asked the front desk about a change of room, was told that was impossible. I was told to call the front desk and they'd send security out. Nothing changed. I think we would have been more comfortable sleeping under the bridge across the street

The location is great and the price‑for‑value is decent, yet the night‑time quiet was never enforced and it felt like a constant party. No one answered at reception, cleanliness was lacking, we initially had no power but it was fixed quickly, the shower wall was broken, and the towels were dirty.
