The location and breakfast were positives. Negatives: 1) Strong sewage smell in the bathroom. 2) The bedding and towels weren’t very fresh. 3) The sound insulation was terrible—youth in the adjacent room kept “trespassing” all night, and every detail was audible.

Nothing is a positive claim, but the only complaint was a hole.

The silence was really appreciated, and the admin was very kind. However, the breakfasts were mediocre and greasy.

The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a TV, and a large area to walk around; there was a coffee machine downstairs and breakfast was included. I would have liked at least a bottle of water and slippers in the room, and the sound insulation was terrible—neighbors showered loudly from 5am, and every little noise could be heard through the wall.
