The only help came from the receptionist, while the chef stepped in when the waitresses were absent. The waitresses were unhelpful, and we even had to be served by the chef. The room’s TV offered just one channel, which everyone else was watching. The poolside and nearby areas were not clean.

The staff were very welcoming. However, there was no water; I had to use a kettle and wasn’t told upon arrival that water was unavailable.

The place looks beautiful, just as the pictures show, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Most of the time we had no water in the room because of a burst pipe, and we only had one TV channel; asking reception to switch it was annoying.
