Nothing, it’s a terrible place, don’t book, they can’t even use booking apps and claim they don’t accept electronic payments, forcing cash. The service was terrible from arrival, they couldn’t find the payment because they don’t know how to use the Booking app; after a couple of days they claimed the reservation was cancelled, when it wasn’t, because they didn’t even have updated the property data they uploaded, so Booking staff could never contact them, they demanded cash payment and when the money was handed over they no longer accepted the stay. A trash place and awful service. Booking should be more careful and control the type of businesses that upload their data because they ruin holiday plans and cause bad experiences.
