Close to the Eiffel Tower, close to the metro, and at least two supermarkets within two blocks (one directly opposite), a great place to stay.

I found the location spot‑on for everything—metro, restaurants, grocery stores—so convenient. The boutique vibe and friendly staff added a nice touch.
