The front desk lady was friendly and the beds felt incredibly cozy; I also felt very secure with my children. The room was quiet, and the security cameras were excellent. The coffee tasted pretty good too. The fridge and freezer weren't wiped, but overall the stay was still great!

“Wouldn't stay again.”

There was coffee in the lobby in the morning, and the room was quiet enough to sleep in. However, the area is humid, and the lobby, entryway, and halls were hot and muggy. The room looked the same when we entered; although the air conditioning worked fine, the mildew smell in the bedding showed the room had been closed and damp for a while. The ice machine didn't work, and I worried that I smelled mildew after showering and sleeping in the bed.

The location is great, right off Interstate 90, and the price is good for a clean room. The side door to the building didn't lock, which felt a bit insecure, but there were security cameras around, so we weren't too worried. Still, we would have felt better if that side door locked and required a room key or card.

The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The parking lot was a bit rough, but that didn't bother us.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The room is small but clean, with two queen beds, though we only used one. Everything we needed for a one‑night stay was provided, and the price was very good for what we got.
