The manager was very friendly and helpful, the place sits in a quiet spot with good transport links, the shower is wide so you don't have to contort, and breakfast is generous with fresh seasonal fruit. Plus, if you get along with the garden cats they greet you, otherwise they keep to themselves.

The availability of Ms. Daniela and the excellent breakfast she prepared were great, but the neighborhood dogs barked frequently, though it was tolerable.

Breakfast included Nutella crepes, warm croissants, fresh orange juice, cappuccino, and plenty more; the lady was very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and very clean, there was a small internal parking lot, and a supermarket with many services nearby.

The host was perfect and friendly, the breakfast was super, and the room was comfortable; it’s a good base to explore Matera and the surrounding area, like the Laterza canyon.

The host was very attentive to our well‑being, gave great restaurant tips, the breakfast was very good, it’s a bit outside but Matera is easily reachable by bike (E‑bike) from there, and everything was spotlessly clean.
