The rooms were super comfortable, new, and well equipped. The outdoor breakfast area was very welcoming, and the host Giovanna was a fantastic, kind, and always available host.

The space was great, the accommodation infrastructure was very good, the morning coffee was plentiful, tasty, and freshly prepared. It was a great value, close to Rifredi train station, markets, and restaurants. The residential neighborhood was safe and pleasant, and getting to other parts of Florence was easy, which made the choice between the bustle of Santa Maria Novella and Rifredi worthwhile. The host Giovanna was very kind and attentive to us. Thank you so much, Giovanna! 🙏

It’s in a very good spot to reach the center; ten minutes gets you on tram T1 to the heart of the city. The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable. The owner’s service was impeccable, answering all our information needs and making the stay very pleasant. The experience was fantastic, and the breakfast was very good and varied 👍🏻
