“We would definitely love to stay here again!”

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for sightseeing and nightlife, with most places within easy walking distance. The hotel is right on the piazza, and our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. Our piazza-view room was a little noisy, so we asked to change rooms, and Claudio and Beverly went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and both speak perfect English. The breakfast was great, and when we mentioned how much we loved the coffee, they brought us extra K-cups. They even prepared breakfast for us early because we had to leave at 6 a.m. for our flight

Everything – a beautiful hotel in the perfect setting with very helpful and welcoming staff, nothing to complain about.

The place is in a great spot, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern. Finding it was a bit tricky—our driver struggled too, and a small sign by the door would have made it easier.

Nothing. Poor staff and did not know how to manage.was not helpful at all, didn’t know how to handle a room that had litterally failed, no electricity, no A/C, no toilet because when the electricity went out the the electric pump on the toilet didn’t work and it overflowed, they gave us a key to another room for the night so we could use the toilet , they left at 4:00, and was not coming back until morning, they left us like that for the night, we moved rooms in the middle of the night and the next morning they wanted us out of that room and to go back to broken room, this made no sense!! Way too expensive, 15.00 a person for breakfast, and the room is too expensive for what you get! Terrible experience!!
