The hotel's cleanliness was a major highlight, but some minor issues with amenities and room setup detracted from the overall experience. While the guest appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, they were disappointed by the lack of certain essentials in the room. The hotel's location was a major draw, but the elevators were a source of frustration during the stay. While the guest appreciated the hotel's proximity to local attractions, the slow and unreliable elevators made it difficult to navigate the building. With some investment in elevator maintenance, the hotel could easily become a top choice for travelers.
