I really enjoyed staying in the room; everything was provided—from the fridge to the kettle, even bottled water, coffee, tea and sugar were brought in. The staff were courteous, the room was cleaned daily, and everything felt just right.

Overall it was okay, but it’s misleading to advertise a “private” pool for 200 UAH for two hours when that isn’t mentioned anywhere; I chose the hotel specifically for a pool and felt like I was back in a dorm because the walls are thin enough to hear other guests’ phone alerts, the water wasn’t very clean and you can’t even drink it. The room wasn’t especially tidy, though housekeeping did come by to change the trash, towels and toilet paper. The staff were fairly friendly and helpful when needed, but the TV was rather old and the air‑conditioner had no remote.

The room was spotless and surprisingly spacious, but it suffered from a shortage of power outlets, only hot water that scalded my hands and smelled foul, and the water itself was dirty. The air‑conditioner remote was missing, the TV displayed a garbled picture, and the stairs leading up to the third floor were uncomfortable to use.

I really liked this hotel – everything was clean, tidy and cozy, and the room felt well‑maintained, comfortable and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff’s friendliness stood out, especially the receptionist who was pleasant and attentive right from the moment I arrived; the whole team was friendly, polite and always ready to help. Thanks for the great service and hospitality, we’ll definitely be back. 😊🏨✨
