In the middle of the historic centre, the room in a charming building was lovely, and the landlord was very friendly. The furnishings were very minimal; one or two extra chairs would have fit nicely in the room.

La Residenza di via Piccardi is a historic, beautiful, well‑maintained property in a fantastic central location, with a delightful inner garden where breakfast was served. A special thanks to Federica, the owner, who welcomed us with friendliness, availability and cheerfulness. Meeting her added value to our short stay, and this place will definitely be our reference when we return to Gubbio. Nothing to report.

The location is fantastic, the room is clean and spacious, and the common areas are really nice. The lady is very courteous and helpful. I recommend it for couples and families.

The location is excellent and the property is truly a gem… we had breakfast in the garden served by the very kind Federica. The room was welcoming and bright. In our particular case, the bathroom was a bit narrow and windowless, but still comfortable.
