Arrival was requested between 17h and 18h30 with a half‑hour notice, yet we had to leave at 9h (after two negotiations it was finally 11h). Lunch was fixed at 9h15! The manager’s welcome was not warm, there was no water in the toilets, and the owner gave no apology; the reception felt very cold. These people lack a sense of service and hospitality.

The caravan was very cozy and the surroundings were beautiful and quiet; however, the breakfast options were limited, for example the coffee could only be served by yourself.

The welcome was very friendly in this charming cottage tucked in the middle of the Lyon countryside, almost like visiting cousins. The breakfast and evening meals were made with quality products, and we had a great time.
