The room is comfortable and spacious, with working air‑conditioning. The owner is caring and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. The grocery store, bus stops, and metro are nearby. The lack of air‑conditioning in common areas like the corridor and kitchen is a downside.

Nothing positive. The place was absolutely disgusting! The entire property does not meet health and hygiene standards. I reported it to the booking staff with photos of cockroaches and beetles in the kitchen and bathroom.

Carlo is an incredibly kind, warm, and accommodating host. From the start we felt welcomed. Whenever we had a question or issue, he was always reachable, helpful, and tried to find a quick solution. We really appreciated his friendly and straightforward manner during our stay. You can see how much he cares about his guests. Thank you, Carlo, for your hospitality and support while we were in Catania! We will definitely remember you fondly. ❤️🇮🇹

The price and quality are fantastic. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared, but there aren’t many rooms, so you didn’t have to wait long. The air‑conditioner saved the day during the heat. I was pleasantly surprised to find shampoos, shower gels and a hair mask in the bathroom, so everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. The host is friendly and does a great job. The only downside is that the shared doors were broken, as were the doors in the neighboring room, and it was loud at night because young people were staying there. Basically it’s perfect for young groups and couples, but not suitable for families with kids. Overall, we liked everything.
