The lobby was nice, but the rooms were uncomfortable, terrible, and very old; the curtains smelled old, the carpets weren't clean, and the lounge food was just spicy Indian dishes that I didn't like. The staff were nonexistent.
Cleanliness, breakfast, and internet were good, but the location is close to the Haram, yet I feel it’s far because I usually book in Clock Tower or Mecca Tower hotels, so I consider this hotel somewhat distant; it would be better if you had a large family member staying there to have a slope to reach the Haram.
I reached the hotel at 6am and a day before we requested an executive suite, but upon arrival we were denied; we came again around 11am after our umrah and your assistant promised an earlier room before 4pm, yet we left for dhuhr and when we returned around 1.30pm we were still denied access; we waited until asr at 4pm and still didn’t get our rooms until 5 30pm—such a shame, totally unacceptable for a reputed hotel.
