It was very convenient to get from the airport to the hotel for just 10 euros and a few minutes later we were there. To reach the old town in Salzburg we received a one‑day public transport voucher, and the bus stop was also close to the hotel.

I’ve stayed here twice now and the location is ideal for us, the transport links are excellent and we can reach the city quickly. The online check‑in was super easy. The room was generally clean and the beds were very comfortable. Parking with a ticket was absolutely hassle‑free. The breakfast had a good standard and was fully sufficient, and the value for money was okay. However, the bathroom was a no‑go because the wet area was not clean, and it was disappointing that our complaint at reception was simply noted without comment. The young man at the check‑in desk seemed somewhat disinterested and arrogant. Late‑night guests smoked directly under the windows on the parking lot, talked loudly on the phone, and created a party atmosphere.
