The room was pretty and tidy, though it felt a bit cramped for three people; the bathroom was also clean and set up, but it was very small. Overall it was a nice experience. The bed was close to Via Toledo yet far enough from street noise. Although breakfast wasn’t included in the room, there were a kettle, tea, chamomile, cookies, and crackers available. The room was a bit small, and with three of us we barely fit in both the room and the bathroom, and there was no mini fridge.

The place was clean, the location was ideal for visiting Naples, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The Wi‑Fi was practically nonexistent—you had to be right next to the exit door to get a signal.

When you veer off the main street toward the house, it looks a little spooky from the outside, but inside it's gorgeous! We really appreciated that we couldn't hear any street noise. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are free at the reception and in the room, which is a nice touch after a tiring journey. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the price‑quality ratio was superb – we booked it at the last minute for about 90 € and would definitely recommend it.

I loved the charm and great location, though it’s well hidden. The main room offers tea, coffee, and biscuits on a self‑serve basis, so you can grab them whenever you want. The property is beautiful and has all the facilities you could ask for. Initially, we had to climb a set of stairs and then a narrow staircase to reach our room, which was tough with large suitcases. We found a back door near our downstairs room that we used to bring luggage in and out. I was a bit confused about checking in, so I ended up chatting with a staff member on WhatsApp to get access, and once inside, you can talk to a staff member on the computer near the main entrance, who will come to you in about two minutes.
