First thanks to Saïd for his kindness and friendliness; he takes time to chat and it’s a real pleasure to hear about his Berber homeland. The accommodation is close to the palm grove and the Todra gorges. Don’t bother visiting Tinghir’s city center—there’s nothing to see.

“Un petit-déjeuner face à la palmeraie”

A cottage by the palm grove with views from three terraces. The host was considerate and gave good advice. The bathroom was a bit small, and the access path was made of stones.

The host was fantastic, sharing great stories about the Berbers and a philosophy of life. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was standard, no curtain. Breakfast was excellent with a palm view. As others have mentioned, the directions on Google Maps aren’t accurate; if it’s not night, follow the posted signs.

“Un hôte chaleureux”

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the environment was quiet. Our host, Sahïd, was very kind and patient with our questions, and he spent time chatting with us about Berber culture and his own life. Breakfast was excellent, enjoyed while seated beside the palm grove. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work due to telecom service issues.
