The breakfast was solid and the river view was nice, and the staff were friendly. However, they charged a deposit to my credit card and haven’t refunded it yet; the bell boy was never present, there was no refrigerator in the room, the floor carpet wasn’t clean, and I had to pay extra for the sauna and steam room.

The large rooms were well sound‑proofed, the location was ideal near the congress halls, public transport to the city centre was direct, the hotel front door faced the entrance, and the breakfast was very varied and of high quality. The staff were very receptive and efficient. The rooms lacked a fridge, there was no separate shower, and the city centre was a half‑hour bus ride away.
