I really liked that the apartment was super clean and I felt like a real “home away from home” during my seven nights in Kyoto. The JR line is only a 10‑minute walk to Uji, Fushimi Inari, and Nara. The main station is a 20‑minute walk, which was also totally fine. The apartment was a bit noisy and the neighbors were sometimes quite loud. Also, the kitchen equipment could have been a little better.

Convenient location, with a konbini right next door, friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable room that had a stove for cooking and a washing machine. The reception had a washer‑dryer, which was handy because it was raining when we went out and the clothes on the terrace weren’t drying properly.

Everything was great, especially the staff! It was a bit far from the center of things, but public transportation made it easy to get around.
