“Jetait satisfaite dans l’ensemble”
It was perfect. The only downside was the lack of a full-length mirror.
“Be careful about the room you get”
The place is near Finsbury Park station with easy connections. The room we finally received after a big fuss was nice. We had booked a deluxe studio shown in the pictures as a ground‑floor room with windows, yet the room given was a small, narrow bedroom, dark and dingy with no windows. After multiple calls, Mr Adam answered the phone and tried to pull a fast one by claiming it was an upgrade. Eventually he admitted they had given us the cheapest economy room. We wasted a lot of time. He then told us to cancel and get a refund. At 9 pm we were unsure where to go. We filed a complaint and waited. Finally a nice lady came and assured us a better room the next morning. We got a room on the first floor that was far better; it was actually in the next building. Their hotel has three buildings.
Very well equipped, excellent value for money, well served.
“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo”
Overall, a decent property with pretty rooms, a good location and a fair price for London. The bathroom, especially the sink, is too small, but you can manage.
It’s great located, 5 minutes to the metro. There is always someone at reception and they are kind and helpful. It’s very small, especially the bathroom. There is a kitchen, but there is only one small pan and pot so it’s difficult if you are planning to cook dinner by yourself. There was also a really weird smell in the bathroom inf the evening and at night
