“Gut zum Runterkommen”
The design and generous outdoor spaces were great, but the bathroom was very small.

We were very lucky with the weather, which probably shaped the overall experience. The location is lovely, the nature is great, the beach is okay, and everything seems well organized. Cabin 38 was basically fine, but why cram so much décor into a room that’s already quite small? Too many pillows, the chairs can’t fit under the dining table. Artificial flowers in large vases, a huge water container that’s useless. The young people at SC were nice and welcoming, but there was a lack of clarity. For instance, we bought access to mini‑golf in the morning, all good, but why didn’t the young lady explain that access starts at 9 am? We wasted time – completely unnecessary. The jacuzzi turned on automatically. Why can’t you be told when you’re charged for electricity? Long wait times in both the shop and the ice‑cream bar.

The house felt cozy, but it was a shame they didn’t mention that the toilets are outside 😊. The toilets were outside and some kitchen facilities didn’t work 🙁.

We liked being close to the beach, the many kid‑friendly attractions and the free pool and spa access, but the rooms lacked wardrobes, were only just suitable for three people, and a dishwasher would have been a welcome addition.

The mobile home made clever use of space and featured a superbly equipped kitchen, with useful consumables like soap and dishwasher tablets already provided, while the compact campsite let us reach all facilities on foot and the well‑kept grounds offered plenty of activities, especially the indoor pool, sauna and indoor play area for little ones; yet the tricycle condition seemed poor for the rental price, the site was swarmed with ants, mosquitoes and ticks, the early‑season beach was littered with smelly algae and looked unmaintained, and the restaurant and ice‑cream café only opened on weekends, limiting our dining options.
