My room was cozy and spotlessly clean, which made for a lovely stay.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, which exceeded my expectations in terms of size and comfort.
The hotel's overall atmosphere was pleasant, but this one aspect fell short of my expectations.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the place was very private and quiet—highly recommend staying here. Nothing else to add.
I chose this place because reviews said it was very clean, and it was exactly that—clean, not fancy, but the best value I could find. I’m picky about hotels and have no complaints. :)
“Could do better for the money.”
The bed is comfortable. Pipes are noisy, there is smoking in the building, and breakfast is not free.
“Super convenient and great location”
Excellent hotel and staff, but unfortunately there seemed to be a sewer backup that made a few areas smell bad; the staff addressed the issue, which was the only drawback.
This is my 3rd stay this year for conferences I have had in Carmel. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The hotel and courtyard are always well maintained. The value of this hotel with the facilities is unbeatable. The carpet in the rooms sometimes seems sticky almost. But everything else appears clean and well maintained
