The hotel was comfy with a huge pool. Breakfast was hearty and tasty. Rooms in the main building were very comfortable and spotless. The young Cameroonian receptionist was very helpful to me. Breakfast only opened at 7 am and there was no takeaway option for early departures, which is a shame.

The staff were helpful, the location was good and close to the airport, breakfast was fine, the room was clean and had AC. The staff didn’t know about the payments we had already made before arrival, so we had to double‑check ourselves. The pool needs work; some parts are worn out.

The location was good, power and water were reliable which isn’t always obvious on the island. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were great. Reception was very bad service. They added a transaction fee that wasn’t mentioned on booking. The transport we ordered never arrived despite several reminders because they forgot. The water that should be standard in the room wasn’t brought despite promises. The pool was awful, we got some sludge. In short, we took a deluxe bungalow but received a single small water bottle and one bathrobe for three people. The bungalow was a plain building with 90s interior. For that price it was a waste.

We booked the hotel for one night right at the airport because we were traveling further. That worked well; for a longer stay it’s probably not suitable. The restaurant staff were very slow, but the food was good and freshly prepared.

Breakfast was very good. The bungalow we booked had a musty smell and dampness on the ceiling. After complaining we were offered a room in the main building, which was okay. Wi‑Fi was good and fast. Bungalows are musty. The restaurant is too expensive; the pizza costs 14 € and is a frozen pizza. Fish was good and fresh. The pool needs renovation. Reception’s English is mediocre. The gym was closed during our stay for maintenance and nothing was done over the 10 days.
