“I will never return”
Nothing positive at all – the bathroom lights failed, cable TV was dead, and there was trash on the bed when I entered. I won’t return.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the AC broke down and I sat at the desk for 20 minutes with no assistance. My wife, 5‑year‑old daughter, and I endured a hot night. People lingered outside all night, the TV never worked, and the next day when I spoke to the manager‑in‑charge she called me a liar, asked why I wouldn’t return to the desk, and was rude and condescending. She refused to check cameras, denied contacting the GM, and wouldn’t provide their contact info. I asked for compensation, but she said she couldn’t without the GM’s approval. I’m utterly disgusted and would never stay again after how I was treated.

The place was clean and offered good value for the price. A staff member was extremely rude that morning, shouting at me as if I lived there instead of being a paying guest. He was an older man with gray hair and his disrespectful conduct made me feel very uncomfortable. This was by far the worst part of my stay.

It was quiet and the location was good. The hotel did not resemble the photos on the website; it looked very run‑down and outdated. Some areas had fresh paint, but others were unpainted and patched, with wallpaper peeling off. I couldn’t get fresh towels or washcloths and had to move rooms because the TV wasn’t working. The Wi‑Fi was poor, and there were stains on walls and floors. When I opened the microwave, it smelled like burnt coffee. There was no molding under the door, so a bad storm seeped in and the carpet got wet. I would not stay here again and wish I had asked for a refund.

The front desk lady was very nice. The ceiling was very outdated with mold everywhere, the mirror over the bed was a mess, and there was mold around the shower. It needs a full remodel and fresh paint to get the mold out so guests feel safe and healthy. Not a healthy investment.
