The place sits close to Termini station and a bunch of supermarkets, and there are bus options to the sights nearby. The three staff members who helped us were very good and friendly. Like many hotels or office complexes in Rome, this one is on the ground floor of a building. If you skip the AC and open the window to sleep, the traffic noise is intense. Our room lacked side tables on both sides of the bed, and right next to the bed there was a kitchen counter and sink that hadn't been removed from the room, which felt odd.
