“Hospedagem e equipe sensacionais”
The staff were exceptional, all very polite, attentive, helpful, and kind, and we loved Filó; everything in the stay prioritizes peace, calm, and comfort, with attention to the smallest details. The breakfast was quality and varied, with a good schedule. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very clean. The property itself is a spectacle, words cannot describe the vegetation and waterfalls; the electric car charger and delivery service were also a plus.
