Check‑in was easy and the staff were polite; they got me a room quickly after my truck broke down and I had no air conditioning. I was able to sleep well, so it worked out well. I didn’t stay long enough to find any real issues.

I was thoroughly let down: my family of four had only one towel, the microwave still held another guest’s food and plate, so I doubted the room’s cleanliness, and the worst part was how the management handled us. After we were told to leave the pool because an instructor was using it—a detail we’d never been warned about—I went to the front desk to voice my frustration, only to be met by an older gentleman who seemed to be in charge, who accused me of “running my mouth” and kept swearing at me while I left in front of my kids.
