There was no heating at all, and breakfast consisted only of hot water with a coffee packet, while milk had to be bought separately.

The hot shower, comfortable bed, and large TV were positives, but because the place is so cold there were no bath mats or rugs, I had to request a heater on the second day and they didn't mention it at check‑in. More items that make the room feel warmer would be welcome.
