The location is convenient, right in the city centre, and the staff are wonderful!

The pools and spa are in good condition, and even on holiday weekends they weren’t crowded—there was plenty of space for everyone. I liked the gym; it has most of the essential equipment in good shape. I stayed with my dog and everything was fine; the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, and although I didn’t order lunch or dinner, I ate a few times at YoY and enjoyed that as well. The hotel’s inner courtyard really impressed me; it’s small but a nice spot to sit, read, or work. The hotel isn’t new, which shows in the room condition, but nothing critical—everything works. Throughout the property or nearby spots (I couldn’t figure out exactly where), instrumental covers of famous tracks play all the time, like in Bridgerton, which is a bit annoying but not too loud, so it’s still okay.

The grounds are nice and close to the centre, but the spa towels and those by the outdoor pool need to be replaced, and there was no heating in the outdoor pool.

The breakfast had some shortcomings, and even though it was summer, there were few fruits and no juices at all.
