The proximity to Suwon Station was great, and the manager was very friendly and spoke good English. The room had a washing machine and a kitchen. However, there was no chair, no table, no dishes, no pots or pans—so why was there a kitchen? The emergency exit window was extremely leaky.

The facilities were excellent for the price range, with a washing machine, a kitchenette featuring an electric stove, and air conditioning. The place was very clean and centrally located.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, though it didn't get much sunlight, so I wouldn't recommend staying there all day, but it was fine for sleeping when I was tired. It was within walking distance of both Hwaseong Fortress (20–30 min) and Suwon Station (15 min). I did have doubts about the room’s cleanliness; most surfaces seemed okay at first glance, but closer inspection showed they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned after the previous guest. The toilet seat was visibly dirty. I also couldn't figure out how to get more drinking water beyond the 1 L provided on the first day, but I didn't try hard enough.

The location near Suwon Station was convenient, the value was good, and the staff were friendly. The only issue was that the bathroom sink drained slowly and might need some work.

Le personnel était très sympa et l’accès depuis la gare de Suwon est facile. L’hébergement est simple mais fonctionnel, et nous avons passé un bon séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander. Il est dommage que l’enregistrement soit aussi tardif, mais nous avons pu déposer nos bagages en amont.
