Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The bed was comfortable, although there was no blanket. The entry process via the app would fail if the phone battery drained.

Great location and access to public transport. Nothing unpleasant.

The location is strategic for walking around Rome. The lights in the room didn’t work, only one bulb on the bed. The bathroom sink was defective. Wi‑Fi details were not available in the room, so we had to contact staff to get them.

Auto check‑in was a relief, and I didn’t have to carry keys with me.
