The beach and the courtesy of the bar and restaurant staff were great, but I was assigned a disabled bathroom room I hadn’t requested, and despite my immediate complaints they didn’t change my room.

Tutto a portata di mano, spiaggia sotto il nostro balcone. Adatta per bambini. Animazione TOP. Cucina buona ma migliorerei qualcosa. Tutti molto accoglienti. Ci ritornerei con un bambino piccolo . Comodissimo . Soldi ben spesi. Riscaldamento centralizzato di conseguenza non è possibile gestire in autonomia la temperatura della camera

The building was clean, rooms were tidied daily, the kids’ club was engaging with varied daily activities, and the staff were friendly. Some room finishes need reviewing, especially in the bathrooms; there are no towel hooks, and the walk‑in shower is too short, causing water to splash out and wet the front area.

The location was great, right on the beach, with excellent entertainment for both adults and kids, and the staff were welcoming. The room’s air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted, there were no covered areas for bad weather or shelters between rooms and reception, and the all‑inclusive service didn’t allow swapping the departure lunch for the arrival one. The oddity is that the last‑day lunch coincides with checkout, which must be completed by 10.
