Thank you for a wonderful stay; you were the cherry on top of our Hokkaido trip ❤️ it was perfect and we will return in winter. Everything about this hotel is great—the service, the food, the rooms, the onsen, the view, absolutely everything.

The two‑bedroom suite was massive, larger than most apartments I’ve seen. Every facility and amenity was included, even a washer and dryer inside the unit, making it ideal for families who want to cook. The onsens and private onsens were fantastic. We stayed off‑season, so several restaurants and bars nearby were closed, but the prices were much lower than during ski season. Breakfast was excellent and offered reasonable vegan options. Nothing to complain about.

Etablissement exceptionnel. Le lieu est splendide, face au Mont Yōtei, l'hôtel est parfait : chambres immenses et très confortables, onsen privatif dans l'établissement, petit-déjeuner et repas excellents. Une des meilleurs expériences d'un mois de voyage au Japon !
