A perfect hotel for catching the morning Cat ferry to Bar Harbor. Great staff, clean comfortable room, and good breakfast.

The location to the ferry. The service in the dining room was very slow, however it looked like there was only one waitress.

The location is good. One can walk from the harbor to the hotel in about 15 minutes with a suitcase and backpack, and you can already explore the town on the way. The hotel restaurant is also fine—breakfast was great, with a "healthy selection" that was refreshing compared to other hotels, though the selection could be expanded. Very helpful and supportive staff! Everything here really fit!

I liked this hotel, located where I could walk around Yarmouth and it was only a short drive from there to the iconic Yarmouth ‘apple core’ lighthouse on the other side of the inlet. I like that there was a restaurant in the hotel open from breakfast right through to dinner. There was a lot of parking behind the hotel as well as across the street. Wifi was good. I have no complaints about anything.
