Everything worked out well, the hotel was great and the staff even better, though the singer might want to start a bit later; she has a lovely voice but when you're exhausted, silence usually works better.

Everything was fine, but my friends kept having trouble with their door cards, which didn’t always work; perhaps the staff should check all e‑cards because it was a hassle to keep complaining, and in the end they realized the card needed replacing, probably due to a low battery.

There wasn't enough parking for guests.

The staff, pool, location, bar—everything was outstanding, and I can't think of anything negative.
