The cleaning! The room was uncleaned, there were hair in the sink and on the floor of the bathroom, and the floor of the room also looked dirty.

The location was good, but the service was very bad. There was no water in the rooms, the bulbs in a room did not work, breakfast was very bad, they handed the key to the kitchen at 5 pm even though we arrived early at the hotel, overall poor service, I will never return.

The service.

The accommodation has comfortable beds, the room was clean, and the location is good. Breakfast is very simple… and the staff service is very ordinary… I feel that for the price paid they could put in a little more effort in service.
