We were very lucky to stay in this amazing owner‑managed hotel. The whole property is beautiful and the entire stay was pleasant. The service is amazing; I wish all hotels had the same level of service. The town around is so much nicer than Pinhao.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! We even enjoyed the scenic drive from Porto to the Quinta, which was an experience in itself. The property is simply beautiful—a charming historic building that has been carefully restored and turned into a lovely place to welcome guests. The swimming pool is incredibly peaceful, and the surrounding vineyards provide a stunning view and the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. One experience you absolutely shouldn’t miss is the dinner hosted by the owners. Everyone gathers around a long table set between the house and the vineyards, creating a truly special atmosphere. The hosts prepare and serve several delicious courses, each paired with wines from their own production. You get to taste different varieties of wine, and with each one, the hosts share interesting details about what you’re drinking. It was such a lovely and memorable experience, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A beautiful, peaceful place where you can truly disconnect and enjoy the charm of the Douro Valley. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

The service was great, the historic setting was lovely, and Manuel was especially friendly, plus the wine tasting was a highlight. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.
