The place was very clean, and of course the Hilton hotel doesn’t need a rating, but the rooms were spacious and the garden in the middle of the hotel was comfortable and quiet. I’d like to thank brother Helmi, who is of Arab origin but born in Munich and was very friendly and helped me with everything. Thanks, brother Helmi, and thanks to all the reception staff. The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel’s location being far from the city centre, but the metro station is below the hotel and it helped me a lot.

The young man at the front desk named Santiago was truly excellent and super friendly – a great person. I would like more German‑speaking staff at the bar. In the photo of my room there were white spots.

The hotel, its location, and the staff are very nice. We had a room on the side and it was unbelievably loud. We turned on the air conditioning, but it wasn’t up to date and wasn’t even quiet on the lowest setting. The standard should be improved. The mattress was sagging and so were the pillows – I expected more from a hotel of this price class. The Executive Lounge breakfast was very American, no chocolate-free cereal, eggs and bacon were lukewarm, and there was no fresh fruit.
