I didn’t stay for breakfast. They told me I had to contact them to get a refund because they don’t accept your bookings anymore, so I paid cash and now I can’t get a refund from you.
No TV, no Wi‑Fi, 360 for four days.
“Unfortunate Check-In Experience”
Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that there was no one present to check me in, which left me feeling confused and a bit frustrated. It was a strange experience, and I had to wait for someone to arrive before I could get settled into my room.
“Scam”
The property didn’t exist; they stole the original owners’ website and made their own, letting this happen. I was scammed out of over $200 and I want my refund. The property was fake, did not exist, and they used pictures from another location as their own.
“Disappointing Stay Due to Unavailable Jacuzzi Room”
I was initially excited about the hotel's location, as it's situated near several restaurants that offered a variety of dining options. Unfortunately, my stay got off to a disappointing start when I discovered that the jacuzzi room I had booked was out of order, and the room wasn't available for me to use.
