“Lack of communication”
I had a mixed experience at this accommodation. Initially, we were refused entry due to a misunderstanding about their affiliation with the booking platform. Luckily, the owner allowed us to stay, but the situation wasn't pleasant. The property's management system seemed a bit complicated, with a third-party company involved, which added to the confusion. Despite the initial hiccup, the stay turned out to be fine.
I had a truly exceptional experience at this hotel, thanks to its exceptional management team who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable, even for those who are used to living in a home environment. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made my stay unforgettable.
